- Carrying out kick-off discussions (in person or by telephone) with the client for each project
- Delivering an ODC field report for each project, including feedback on:
- Number invited
- Number of screen-outs
- Drop out rate
- Number of complete interviews
- Particular occurrences
- Standby duty in project team for weekend and/or night-time projects
- Constant further development/training of staff in panel and project management (ODC University)
