We make no compromises in terms of service, either. After all, adherence to deadlines, reliability and a distinct focus on service are of great importance to the success of a project and our standing with our clients.

  • Carrying out kick-off discussions (in person or by telephone) with the client for each project
  • Delivering an ODC field report for each project, including feedback on:
    • Number invited
    • Number of screen-outs
    • Drop out rate
    • Number of complete interviews
    • Particular occurrences
  • Standby duty in project team for weekend and/or night-time projects
  • Constant further development/training of staff in panel and project management (ODC University)
