As well as the panel quality, quality in the implementation of individual projects is also indispensable for collecting reliable, substantive data. In this respect, in close consultation with the client, our experienced project managers ensure the project goes as smoothly as possible, with no compromises where quality is concerned.
This includes: - Paying close attention to the e-mail invitation (in consultation with the client)
- Checking and suggesting adaptations to screening
- Carrying out detailed tests of the actual survey, making proactive suggestions for change to the client where necessary
- Consistently checking data on ODC-programmed projects
- Clients only paying for "valid" datasets
- Feeding back quality and performance data into the panel databank
