To live up to the high standards required of a quality panel, we apply a multitude of different measures in the field of panel maintenance and management.
These include:
- Invitation of panelists based on the ODC Panelist Motivation Score©
This is a model for measuring the individual motivation of panel members to take part in surveys.
Calculation by means of an algorithm which considers the following variables:
- Number of invitations
- Answer status (non-response, quotafull, screenout, dropout, complete)
- Level of bonus points
Panelists will be invited to surveys with different participation probabilities according to this model
- Low panelist frustration level
- Maintenance of participation willingness
- Stimulus for deliberately giving false answers is reduced
- Maximum of 14 complete interviews a year per panellist with 2 complete interviews a month at most
- Panellists must re-register in the panel every 12 months, but may also do so regularly and constantly
- Constant monitoring of the incentive system
- Open and honest communication with the panellists to raise their understanding for the need for market research and the seriousness of our business
- Raising participant's willingness to take part by means of various activities such as: photo competitions, football betting communities, quick polls, draws, feedback on results ...
