opinion people continues growing (December 13th 2007)

Since July 2007 our panel community opinion people had been further increased. So above all the panels in England, France and Italy could be developed by intensified recruiting measures.
Additionally the Austrian panel achieved a substantial size and the starting signal with the structure of our new panel in Poland brought at once over 7.500 panelists (13.000 by now!) into the opinion people community.

Lower response due to christmas time in europe (December 12th 2007)

attention Note: Dear customers, please note that according to our experience the response rates at surveys are dropping significantly during the christmas time. This may have some influence on the field time.






 
ODC workshop "learning effects in online access panels" (November 12th 2007)

attention Very positive feedback received the workshop from Christoph Irmer and Mathias Peichl in the context of the Research & Results of this year market study fair for the topic of learning effects in online access panels. On the basis of a case example one pointed out, how learning effects can be measured and on the other side can be avoided and/or. at least reduced. The Charts of the workshop can be request you here. ODC flush invitational a full success (November, 12th 2007)

In the evening before the Research & Results fair in Munich ODC services invited for the first time to a Poker tournament with colleagues from the market study industry. The raised starting fees of altogether 235, - euro were donated to our sponsored child in Cambodia.

new special profile "sportfans" available (November 7th 2007)

sportfan For studies around the topic sport marketing and sponsoring the ODC services offers entrance to fans of most diverse kinds of sport and associations for its customer . The special panel for sport fans, for the time being only available in Germany, inquires interests of sport, favourite associations, club memberships and many far characteristics. ESOMAR'S 25 questions and our response (November, 7th 2007)

esomar responses In conjunction with of our comprehensive quality concept ODC Services GmbH developed a list of answers for "ESOMAR 26", a set of 25 questions posed by ESOMAR. Research panel purchasers who wish to obtain a more thorough understanding of the methodology offered by a research provider can use this set of 25 questions to scrutinise the quality of their suppliers. ODC Services launches panel in Poland (November, 5th 2007)

Polen logo ODC anounces the launch of a new member of our online panel community opinion people. In November we have added POLAND to the list of available countries. We are delighted to see a great process in the growth of this panel with currently around 7.500 panelists and hundreds of new members added every week! That means an overall number of over 280.000 panelists across 7 European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, UK).

banking hours study of Skopos and ODC Services (August, 1st 2007)

The potential for bank attendance on Saturdays is surprisingly high. Above all occupation beginners and young professionals are to be inspired due to their work times for the Saturday opening. 70% of the 18-34year olds know itself f.e. present to visit Saturday an office. And straight these target groups have high CROSS Selling potentials, e.g. within the range of the age precaution. These are the realizations of a population-far study, those from SKOPOS Institut for market and communication research GmbH & cost. Austrian panel available (July, 17th, 2007)

austria panel The opinion people panel-family is still growing. Currently the high quality online access panel counts ~ 220.000 active panel members in Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Great Britain.

While there is still ongoing recruitment for those countries underway, ODC has now launched its own proprietary panel in Austria. With currently more than 3.500 panelists, clients have the ability to access consumer target groups in Austria! To check our latest panel-figures please click here!

Searchengine study by Komdat.com and ODC Services (June, 28th, 2007)

new team-members Which ad-text in a search-engine query is interesting to distinct target groups? That has been the topic of a study conducted by Komdat.com GmbH and ODC Services GmbH both headquartered in munich. 600 persons of different target groups were shown several search engine queries in a online-interview, where they could click one of the ad-texts. Presence and future of online research (April, 5th, 2007)

BVM 2007 At this years' BVM congress some very interesting impulse papers about the "presence and future of online research" are expected. Christoph Irmer, managing director of ODC Services GmbH, together with Dr. Karin Dürr, Andera Gadeib, Elisabeth Altendorfer, Dr. Thomas Rodenhausen and Boris van Heesen, will speak about these topics on friday 29th of june at the BVM in Frankfurt.

ODCOmnibus available now (February, 20th, 2007)

ODC Omnibus ODC Services GmbH announces the launch of its new international online omnibus. The ODCOmnibus runs on a monthly basis amongst a national representative sample and is available in Germany, France, Italy, Spain and UK.

GENERAL ONLINE RESEARCH '07 (January, 25th, 2007)

GOR 2006 The 9th International GOR Conference 2007 will take place in March, 26-28th, at the University of Leipzig, Germany. Conference topics include theories, methods, and findings concerning social and business aspects of the Internet and mobile communication.
The aim of the conference is to document the progress of Internet science, innovative developments, and practical experience.
Of course, ODC Services will be there to share experiences and ideas.
